GMG Holdings is a privately owned company with a Board of Directors that includes three board members.

Becky Spragins became owner of GMG Holdings on November 10, 2006.  She is currently located in Greenville, South Carolina and functions as chairman of our board.

The second member of our board, Derial Sanders, is currently the President of Precept Marketing Group, Inc, a provider of textbooks and educational materials to the Christian book and home school market.  Derial previously was President of Graco Children’s Products for over thirty years.
